I always tried to become a leader

I have seen myself as amanager since my childhood. I always tried to become a captain or a team leader in sports competitions or online games. Then I got two degrees in management. After I had finished my studies, I got a job offer from “Russia 2” TV Channel, where I worked as a producer and successfully coordinated various aspects of sports broadcasting. 

Manager’s duty

What is the manager’s key function? Finding solutions! That’s what I do at Vizart Studio. Every manager has to have a wide range of possible solutions of various problems. The more projects you manage, the more problems you can solve. While working at the company, I have managed many different projects: from TV channel branding in extremely short period of time to developing Apps for tablets. The feeling of complete satisfaction comes with every successful project and my range of solutions expands. And I do not want to stop! I am ready for new challenges and new projects – the harder, the better.
