Project manager
Who was not dreaming of becoming a cosmonaut in the childhood? Or a head of a company?

When I was a kid, I had no certain viewon who I wanted to become. Who was not dreaming of becoming a doctor or a cosmonaut? Or at least a head of company? By the way, I was a head of a company, but that work was not as joyful as it seemed.

As a grown-up, I decided to become a lawyer. But then I changed my specialization and got a degree at MSAL (Moscow State Law University) in constitutional law. But everything happened the least expected way – I never worked in my degree field, because my friend offered me to work in TV and I became involved very quickly. I worked in video production for 13 years. Different TV channels, challenging projects – I was excited every day. That’s why it became my profession.

You do not need to know everything. You just need to know where to find answers

One of the most helpful advice I heard while studying at University: you do not need to know everything. You just need to know where to find answers. I think, it is the main manager’s rule.

Producer’s and manager’s work has something in common

Producer’s and manager’s work has something in common. It is multitasking. It is everyday challenge, never-ending movement, many interesting and talented people around. Working in media means being kept up-to-date with the latest news and never missing anything – isn’t it great? I also like marking off completed tasks with “done” tick – the more ticks, the better.

Our team

I can say only good things about my co-workers. When you just start working somewhere, you always worry about people. Will you achieve something at work or not – it mostly depends on team. I am lucky to work with my colleagues, I feel comfortable and relaxed in their presence and I am never scared of tackling new challenges because I have their support. They appeared to be not only top scaled professionals, but excellent people as well.
