While other girls were playing dolls, my friend and I were playing business

I am one of those lucky people who always knew what they were going to do in the future. While other girls were playing dolls, my friend and I were playing business – we pretended to run a big company. We developed our business by the light of nature: we did copies of magazine advertisements, created catchphrases, carried out opinion polls and interviewed people in the streets. We were ten years old and, of course, had no idea what the words “marketing” or “insights” meant. 

Working as a producer is the most significant experience

Experience of working as a producer helps a lot with in my work in Vizart. Thanks to my previous experience I am aware of how production process works from both sides, I can get any contact I need and I am never overloaded with my work. I aim to reach perfect balance between practical and creative aspects of work, that’s why I got degree in business after already having one in journalism. 

Always say YES

My favorite rule for work and life is that you should see a wide range of options everywhere and also create them yourself. It is a kind of a rule from “Yes-man” movie with Jim Carrey. It is of particular relevance when you work with technology: you should always follow new trends, monitor new markets, see ways of developing business etc. What I like most is working with our team of professionals – it is a genuine pleasure. 

Traveling across Russia became a hobby

I love traveling across Russia, it is my main hobby of recent years. It is so inspiring to see how people live in different cities and towns, to find new places for long walks, to go to local theatres, cafes and feel every town’s breathing.
